Flight & Travel Recommendations
Our official Rally starts in the North of England in Cheshire. The closest airport to is MAN (Manchester) which usually entails a stop on the way (there are very few direct flights).  From the airport, the journey is approximately 1 hour by car to the hotel
If you prefer direct, there are plenty of direct flights from the US to London (Gatwick or Heathrow). From there you can get a local flight to Manchester, or if you prefer a taxi/driver up to Cheshire, one of the Petersen Team can meet or pick you up from the local station or airport. The journey is approximately 3.5-4 hours by car from Gatwick.
You could also hire a vehicle 1 way as we will provide vehicles for you on arrival (recommendations for vehicle hire - TBD)
We recommend flying 1 or 2 days earlier if your schedule allows to adjust to the time zone and reduce jet lag. This way you can really enjoy your rally experience from Day 1.

Our guided tours will offer you the opportunity to see some of the most iconic vehicles in automotive history up close, meet the people behind some incredible restoration projects, and immerse yourself in the stories that helped create the Jaguar and Land Rover brands of today.
 
Your tour will take you through our exclusive showroom with some of our most exquisite vehicles currently for sale through to our workshop, the beating heart of the facility. Here you will see where our expert technicians and talented craftspeople keep our history alive with unwavering passion and attention to detail.
 
Finally, your exclusive guided tour will take you through to the JLR Classic collection, a treasure trove of historic vehicles from the company’s past and present – with more than 260 vehicles under one roof. Here you will find everything from the very first Range Rover to the seventh Land Rover ever built. We also have an array of prototype vehicles and priceless movie cars straight off the big screen.
 
Don’t miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in British automotive history. Each tour is formed of one small group of nine people over three hours at JLR Classic Works in Coventry, with morning and afternoon tours available.
 
Please note: The minimum age requirement to attend a Classic Tour is 10 years old. Persons aged 10-17 are permitted, however, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All Tours will be conducted in English with no translations available.

This collection is not open to the public, and access is granted only to the Petersen Rally group, making this a truly special experience. In addition to viewing these legendary machines, we will also be hosting a workshop on-site, providing deeper insight into the history, engineering, and performance of rally cars. This is a unique privilege and we ask all participants to respect the privacy of our hosts.
